HEAVY DUTY PVC FLEXIBLE HELIX SUCTION HOSE PIPE

1. Unique Structure: It is integrally extruded with soft PVC as the pipe wall and rigid PVC as the spiral reinforcement. The inner wall is smooth, while the outer wall presents spiral corrugations (square ribs/round ribs), without built-in steel wires.
2. Lightweight & Flexible: Light in weight, with a small bending radius, anti-kinking performance, and easy to drag, install and store.
3. Negative Pressure Resistance: Supported by plastic ribs, the pipe is not easy to collapse under negative pressure, making it ideal for suction and ventilation applications.
4. Corrosion Resistance & Aging Resistance: Resistant to weak acids and alkalis, aging and rust, with a long service life.
5. Excellent Fluidity: The smooth inner wall reduces fluid resistance, avoiding dust or liquid accumulation.
6. Wide Temperature Resistance: Conventional applicable temperature range is -10℃ to +60℃, and modified products can withstand up to 80℃.
7. Stable Low-Pressure Performance: With a pressure resistance of 0.3-1.0 MPa, suitable for various low-pressure fluid and gas transportation scenarios.
